Saad has close to two decades of progressive technology experience, focused primarily in the health care industry. He has served in leadership roles in the U.S. and abroad with some notable organizations such as Johns Hopkins, UPMC and Gartner.  In his current role as the enterprise CIO at Luminis Health, Saad oversees the digital footprint of a health system spanning three hospitals and 80+ ambulatory sites in the state of Maryland. 

Saad is a certified healthcare CIO through CHIME and was recognized in 2019 as a “Top Future-50 Leader” by HIMSS for his transformational IT leadership in the Middle East. He holds a Bachelor of Science in information sciences and a Master of Science in communications and information systems from Robert Morris University. Additionally, Saad also holds a Master of Public Policy and Management in Healthcare from Carnegie Mellon University.
